ABOUT

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a form of expressive psychotherapy that uses the creative process of various mediums, such as paint, clay, sand tray, markers etc to help develop a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It helps to create insights and a new way of telling the story.

No artistic skill is required to benefit from Art Therapy, as it is the creative process and engaging in the activity, rather than the end product.

"Slow down, listen, wonder, wander. See the beauty and the magic. Embrace the divine wilderness of your heart and soul. You are no less than the stars and moon"  -bohemian gypsy jane
